Client Testimonials:

"Our listing agent, Cathy Conley Swofford, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found us the buyer we were looking for, a family who will enjoy the home as much as we did. Her integrity as a former news reporter was evident throughout and her experience as a mediator proved vital during the negotiation phase. We now consider her more than our agent, we consider her a family friend." -- Norma White, seller 3911 Sierra Drive
